By accessing and using the CV Solutions website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. CV Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services  

CV Solutions provides CV writing, and design services, interview preparation consulting, and related services ("Services"). All services are provided based on the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information submitted. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1700, and these constitute a “working day”. Therefore, please take this into account if ordering the 3-day turnaround service. As an example, orders requiring the 3-day turnaround service received by 0900 on a Monday will be completed and returned to the customer by 0900 on the Thursday morning. There may be occasions when we require further information from the customer, and this will be requested via email to the email address provided at the time of the order. Any undue delay in the customer providing this information will affect the total turnaround time so please monitor your emails for all correspondence from CV Solutions.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You may not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site or Services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CV Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from CV Solutions.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments for Services must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. CV Solutions offers no refunds for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service, please contact us within 14 days, and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

CV Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. The use of the Site and Services is at your own risk. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our Services, including job placement.

7. User Content

Any content or materials you submit to the Site, including CVs or other personal information, remain your property. By submitting such content, you grant CV Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, and modify, the content as necessary to provide the Services to you.
